STEVE SHERWOOD
Steve Sherwood is co-creator and facilitator of Creative Know-Who’s Design Results Now! He is the author of Finding Freedom and has spent the last 25 years as a master facilitator of programs such as Witmer & Associates’ acclaimed Unleashing The Leader Within™ and Life Success Seminars’ Interpersonal Intensive, Personal Power, and Results Now!

Steve specializes in helping people grasp the underlying motives behind their behavior, both excellence and folly. He is especially adept at focusing people on making the difficult choices in life to remove unseen obstacles and reveal their hidden talents. His protégés are known for achieving breakthroughs in their careers and personal lives.

Steve has managed a variety of training organizations and sales teams. He has designed and facilitated experiential education programs for the travel industry, health care, and consumer products. He coaches executives and CEO’s to evaluate career transitions.

Steve lives in Macon, Georgia with his wife Lisa. Together they import and restore antique furniture.

SHERRA BELL
Sherra Bell is co-creator and facilitator of Creative Know-Who’s Design Results Now! She is the founder of Creative Know-Who and has spent the last 10 years as a recruiter and HR consultant. Sherra earned her BFA in visual communications from Auburn University. She works with a broad array of clients and candidates that value design.

Sherra has built her career on long-standing friendships with local design leaders. She uses a consultative search approach to recruiting and now shares that with her clients to empower them to take responsibility for building and managing their own networks. In addition to placement advice, Sherra is often consulted about organizational structure and market trends.

Sherra lives in Atlanta, Georgia and currently serves as the President Emeritus for AIGA Atlanta. She completed her term as President in June 2007 and is beginning her 6th consecutive year on its Board of Directors.

HOW DESIGN RESULTS NOW! CAME TO BE
Sherra and Steve began working together after Sherra completed Results Now! in 2003. Steve provided leadership training for the AIGA Atlanta Board of Directors and key volunteers throughout Sherra’s presidency. He also provided the launch instruction for AIGA Atlanta’s highly successful Mastermind program.
